How do I fill out my product registration/warranty activation form?Updated a year ago

All Magnum Bikes come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.  To register your bike and activate the warranty please complete our form by clicking here. Once submitted you will be redirected to purchase Extended Warranty and Accident Coverage through Clyde.

You will need to submit unique serial numbers located on each of the following parts: 

• Frame (located on the front of the stem tube below Magnum logo)
• Battery (located on the bottom of the battery)
• Motor (located on the motor)

You'll find a video here that shows you how to find the numbers on each of these parts.

You will also need the following purchase information: 

• Name of the retailer you purchased from
• Date of purchase
• Invoice number from your receipt/invoice
