Our top tips for e-bike battery care:
Always pedal along with your e-bike, especially up hills so the battery is not depleted too quickly.
Always keep your battery charged. Lithium batteries' life cycles can be extended by not depleting your battery fully. Even if you have not depleted your battery entirely during your ride, we suggest that you charge it after use.
Do not overcharge your battery. Be sure not to leave your battery charging for more than 24 hours at a time.
Keep your battery out of extreme hot or cold temperatures.
Store your battery indoors; keep it out of the rain or snow.
**Note - Make sure to charge your battery at least once a month to keep the battery in good health of it could fall into sleep mode and ruin the battery. **
