How long will it take to ship and receive my online e-bike order?Updated 2 years ago

When you place an order on our site, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your order and are processing the request. 

Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after being placed. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive a new email with tracking information.

When your e-bike arrives at a destination center near you, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. 

Depending on their location, most customers receive their MagnumBikes.com e-bike order around 5-7 business days after it leaves our fulfillment center.

Please note: You must be present during your delivery appointment in order to sign for your e-bike.
