If you need to cancel an order from our website before it ships, please email [email protected] and we will cancel and refund the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is canceled and refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

If your order has already shipped, please email [email protected] to request a cancellation if possible. We will do our best to contact the shipping carrier and have your order rerouted back to us, but cannot guarantee this. If we're able to reroute the shipment, we will issue a refund once the bike returns to our fulfillment center. In that event, we will refund the full purchase price of the bike, minus shipping fees and a restocking fee.
