What's your online order return policy?Updated a year ago

To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Request your return within 14 days of the delivery date

2. There must be fewer than 10 miles logged on the odometer

3. E-bike must be in like-new condition and free from dirt, dust, or fragrances

4. E-bike must be in its original packaging (all cardboard and foam) and in the same condition that you received it

5. You must also include all accessories that came in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.)

6. On sale items, all sales are final

1. First and Last Name

2. Phone Number

3. Order Number 

4. Reason for Return


Please note that in the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the following costs:

1. Shipping and handling to return the order

2. If return requirements are not met, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price applies


Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to determine if it meets the above requirements for a refund (minus the above costs). The inspection process typically takes about one business week following receipt of the bike. Once the entire inspection is completed, we will process your refund in roughly 2-3 business days.
